Today I passed a major milestone. I was successful in making an omelette for the very first time! It didn't even break at all! I have tried so many times in the past with much failure. Today, when it came time to flip that sucker, I was so nervous! But then it flipped! AND IT DIDN'T BREAK! I am so proud! And it tasted good!
What are your favorite ingredients to throw down in an omelette?

i only recently tried to make one, but spinach and mushrooms and jack cheese. also mimosas on the side, tho it impairs flipping ability.

What I like to put in an omelette is mostly your face and your hair, though sometimes I will use parts of your hands.
Also I will occasionally put such as ham and cheese.
A good one is arugula and variants of parmesan that are like 'spicier', you know, like Asiago. Or really any hard italian cheese, I suppose, and you can spice it up in another manner.
I once made an omelette with shrimp, some kind of weird cheese we had around, and like some cherry tomatoes. I don't think I finished it. This is not one that I suggest.
Anyway, good job! And remember that if you do break the omelette (which I often do) it is not the end of the world, as you'll just be breaking it with a fork in a moment anyway!
